Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Kosher Salt
- BBQ Sauce
Procedure
- Cut 1-2 slits in each drumstick for faster cooking.
- Combine the herbs, spices, and salt and rub thoroughly onto the meat.
- Allow to marinate overnight, if possible.
- Preheat convection oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and brush BBQ sauce all over.
- Flip to the side that hasn't been on top and bake for another 20 minutes (but check at the 15-minute mark).
Notes: 9 drumsticks fit well in our convection toaster oven.
