Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa
2 cups water
2 dried figs
9 dried apricots
1 handful raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt

Procedure
1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
3. Turn off heat, stir, and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
