Pine Nuts and Corn

I added diced pork to the below recipe and it turned out quite well. I first browned the diced (and marinated) meat in the wok, took it out, and then combined it with everything else at the very end.

Ingredients

  • 10.5-12 oz corn
  • 2-3 oz pine nuts
  • 2-3 oz celery
  • green onion
  • salt
  • sugar
Procedure
  • Stir fry celery and green onion for 30 seconds
  • Add pine nuts and and cook for 30 seconds
  • Add corn and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add sugar and salt and cook for 30 seconds
